510 MCAT 3.4 sGPA School List Help
Hi everyone! Looking for advice with my school list. Any schools I should add or remove?

Major: Biology
Minors: Chemistry, Political Science and Gender, Women & Sexuality Studies
Certificates: Certificate in Conceptual Foundations of Medicine
cGPA: 3.711
sGPA: 3.401 (Strong upward trend; Jumped from a 2.5 sophomore year of college to a 3.9 for both junior and senior year. Was going through a lot of mental health stuff my first two years but then got better and really diverted all my attention to school)
MCAT: 510 (126/128/128/128)
State: PA
Demographics: 23, White Female, FAP Recipient
Clinical Hours: ~ 2500 hours and counting working full time as a patient care technician on an inpatient med-surg unit
Volunteering (~550 hours)
- 300 hours at a hospital painting patients’ nails for the last 4 years (3 of those years have been spent training new volunteers as well)
- 200 hours in a mentorship program in which I traveled to various local elementary schools/after school programs and taught young girls about female role models (also served as secretary in this club)
- 50 hours assisting Human Phys Professor in an online project that helped formulate better study tools for students to learn with
Shadowing: 100 hours, most of them spent under a breast radiologist who has kind of served as a mentor for me the last couple years, but also shadowed in PICU, OBGYN, Anesthesiology, Orthopedics, and other radiology specialties.
Leadership:
- Trainer for the hospital I painted nails at
- Secretary for mentorship club
- Biology peer advisor
- UTA for Physics, Orgo, Anatomy Lab and Biology Lab.
- On hospital wide Patient Care Technician council
LORs: 2 science professors, hospital volunteer coordinator, 1 MD, and my unit director for the med surg floor I work on. (Should I be concerned these are all science/healthcare related?)
Other (if any of these are relevant lol):
- Danced with college’s ballet club sophomore-senior year
- I started working as a waitress sophomore year. Still working there alongside my PCT job
