How do the hybrid Siennas handle in snow?

Following up on my other post (https://www.reddit.com/r/ToyotaSienna/s/nS0uwDeKm7), I'm still debating between the Sienna and the Kia Carnival. I currently drive a 2014 Sienna, and even with only FWD on just regular all-season tires, this thing handles the snow and like a champ. I drove it to Montreal and took it up and down steep and slick snow-covered hills, absolutely no problems. I was able to stick the transmission into lower gears and had plenty of grip. I've never owned a hybrid, but I'm a little concerned about getting a newer Sienna which they only offer as a hybrid. I live outside of Philadelphia, so most of the year it's fine, but this past winter we had constant back-to-back snow and my 2014 just plowed right through everything. I know the carnival and Honda Odyssey you can still get with a normal 6-cylinder engine. I'm estimating my fuel savings might be at most $1,000 a year if I got the hybrid, even with high gas prices, so not sure if it's really worth it to me or not if I get stuck in snow. But I don't know, has anyone taken the hybrid Sienna through a real winter? Also, my 2014 still only has 88k miles, so I could also just hold onto it forever and not worry about shelling out for a newer Sienna.
