I think my girlfriend of almost three years is cheating or has cheated on me.

Hi im anonymous(30m), so i have been dating my girlfriend(31F) from november 2024. We met on Tinder. On our first meet up i took her for an ice cream date to one the fast food restaurant near where she lived, it was an Ok date then i walked her home.

After a month i invited her to where i live and stayed for the weekend,we practically did the did the whole weekend. First we used contraceptives and decided to stop using it,which i admit was a bit reckless because its our first time together. And then she left on Monday.

From there she visited me every month and every visit got longer than the last one,which i didnt mind because i was taking a liking to this girl,and then she started leaving clothing at my place which i also didnt mind because it means she'll be with me more of the time.

Fastforward somewhere mid 2025 we are leaving together now. Everything is going good.after a few months she gets a job at some call center,at first it all good then after i started noticing her on the phone after work for long periods of outside and i could hear she's a talking with a guy,this happened for about three before she answered a call from the same guy while she was sitting next to me and i could hear the guy on the phone flirting her and she liking it until she noticed i could be hear him on the other side then she got up and went to the bathroom.when i confronted her the next day she kind of snapped at me,not even realizing how it made me feel. But she stopped getting calls from the guy,actually she stopped getting calls almost altogether except for family when i was with her but texting increased. Fastforward somewhere beginning of 2026 shee is secretive,her phone is always on her when i come close she hides the screen when i confront her about it she says she has secrets and that im entitled because i am curious about who she's talking to,i let it go. A couple of months later when she went for the holidays found condoms and lube in her bag. When i asked her about them she they are old but i don't believe her. Everytime i confront her and about something she shuts down or downplays my concern im not sure how to deal with this because i struggle with confrontation and getting heard. Please advice 🙏🏼Tl;dr
