How do people find the courage

I’m ready to go. I don’t have any unfinished business, I’ve accepted it’s my time to pass away, and I have a painless way to do it but I can’t bring myself to finish the job. How do people do this? I’m so done with my life. I cry every day, no friends, extremely ugly and unintelligent. I have nothing going for me. Someone please help me out with this.
