What if Jotaro never used time stop in Part 4 and 6?

We all know that jotaro has been using time stop since part 4 and part 6. But, lets pretend Jotaro never used time stop at alll in part 4 and 6 and was still just punch punch star finger and punch. How would things play out in those parts?
