Since my response includes multiple images, this will be its own post.

First off, it isn't in-depth knowledge/research to know that Rooster Teeth was a bad company, such as knowing they were bigoted (as stated by Kdin Jenzen) or mistreated creators (as stated by Georden Whitman). It's basic knowledge. If it were in-depth knowledge, then it would be knowing the existence of the Full Sail University controversy, Jeo228's money being stolen by RT, etc.

Secondly, if web cartoons like Cartoonmania, C Students, Alfred's Playhouse, and Pretty Blood can be known for having problematic creators (which is why most, if not every video about them, brings up the creators' actions while still talking about the show), then why can't it be the same for RWBY? I know the actions came from Rooster Teeth and not Monty Oum, but the studio was still responsible for handling RWBY. Also, don't forget that five months ago, Sheena (Monty's wife) spoke up about the people tormenting her from continuing to work on RWBY.

I'm not trying to say enjoying RWBY is problematic. I'm trying to say that it should be basic knowledge to know the controversies surrounding RWBY. One of these days, Sheena might spill the tea, and the fandom won't be ready. In fact, the internet will be in shock instead of surprised, since they don't know how many controversies RWBY has garnered throughout the years.

You people don't get the point I was trying to make
