Online proof of correction for expired tags in Roseville

My wife got a fix-it ticket from CHP in Roseville. Some counties have an automated way to do it (SF: https://www.sfmta.com/online-proof-correction-form, Sacramento: https://www.saccourt.ca.gov/traffic/how-to-show-proof-of-correction.aspx.)

I don't see how to do this for Placer. Can she get the ticket signed off by another county and then send it to the Roseville courthouse?
