Which is the Best Simulator Game?

Im thinking about getting a sim racing game. I tried Iracing and don’t feel like getting a subscription game. What’s the best sim game that includes single player against AI for practice? Im looking at Assetto Corsa and Automobilista 2 currently, but open to other suggestions.
