Shoes for narrow-footed toddler?

My 2yo has quite narrow feet, but all the toddler shoes we've found are super proud of their "wide toe box". My girl has to march and goes full 1st position duck foot in most of these shoes.

Any recs for toddler shoes with a narrower toe box? (She's currently wearing 6 or 7 depending on brand.)
