How do I talk to my friend about her anger issues ?

My friend and I have known each other for a few years now. The friendship was really good at first but then she started to insult me and other members of the friend group every time she would get a bit annoyed and recently, after getting wasted she got angry and became violent with one of our friends.

I sent her a text message to explain that she was hurting people and that my friend could have been injured but she left me on read. We talked about it recently with the friend group and they all agreed that her behavior is becoming hurtful and annoying.

We don’t want to cut her off the friend group because she is a good friend the rest of the time but we don’t know how to talk to her about it.
