Should I let my Mom visit us???

My Mom is 80. She wants to fly down to visit me, and her grand-kids. Months ago she told me she has a bed bug infestation. She didn't have the funds to get an exterminator, and either did the landlord. She said she used stuff from Amazon and hasn't seen any in a while....long story short... I am terrified to let her visit as I do NOT want these bugs in my home. I feel so bad and now she is mad because I am telling her I feel uneasy about it.
