Greetings! I’ve been a Mario fan since 1994 and I grew up playing the games! I sometimes lurk here and wanted to post. I watched the Super Mario Galaxy Movie earlier today! I wish my late Dad watched it with me in the theater. But I can imagine he will even if he was not there physically.

I actually enjoyed the movie despite the flaws and some plot holes in it. But, it doesn’t matter too much. It’s really nice as a Super Mario animated movie and it is a Super Mario movie! I wish my late Dad took care of his health when he was alive at the time. But, he didn’t and he passed away more than a year ago.

I left an open seat in my local AMC theater to watch the Super Mario Galaxy Movie with him. But, someone got the seat already on my left, so it was right seat instead.

When I got home, I cried. Because if only I could had watched the movie with my late Dad. He knew there will be a sequel and I know he wants to watch it with me. I had to shed some tears to get it off me. But, thank you Dad for the support for all those years. Even though we didn’t always see eye to eye. I can’t wait for the next Super Mario movie!
