Lpr or chronic post nasal drip from allergies

Hi I been following this group and another group for post nasal drip for a little while. All year long I have to clear my throat Somtimes a lot Somtimes alittle but always. I don’t cough up alot at all sometimes just a little I get some relief and then it comes right back. Also a limp in my throat same situation comes and goes and Somtimes I can clear it. I do have allergies and have been on allergy shots for like year and a half pollens, dust mites and mold. I definitely have drainage from my sinuses down the back of my nose into my throat I don’t really have a sore throat , or throat burning and my voice is pretty good most of the time I do netti pot almost every night I’m a pretty fit 39 year old

I’m just curious if the post nasal drip and throat clearing is more common for lpr or allergies

What have your experiences been in the types of symptoms from lpr you guys have
