Prestige Award (75k) at UCalgary vs Schulich Leader (120k) at UNB, which would you choose?

For context, I'm planning to study chemical engineering and am interested in eventually going into startups/entrepreneurship.

I'm deciding between: prestige award at UofC or schulich leader at UNB

I know the schulich scholarship is a big deal, and the financial difference is significant. At the same time, Calgary seems to offer stronger industry connections, a bigger city, and potentially more opportunities during undergrad.

My main question is: How much does location and school environment actually impact internships, networking, and opportunities in the long term, compared to having something like Schulich? Would the gap be significant and affect the outcomes? And similarly, would going to a smaller school puts me in a big disadvantage?

If anyone is familiar with either program, I would really appreciate any advice!
