2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid

Hi everyone,

I’m considering buying a 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid with about 190,000 km on it for $8,000 CAD.

Here’s what I know about the car:

- Engine and transmission seem okay

- Hybrid battery status unknown

- No visible warning lights

- Maintenance history: 4 Service Record with clean carfax

I mainly want it as a reliable daily driver. My main concern is the hybrid battery and any hidden issues at this age/mileage.

Is this a good deal? Should I negotiate the price, or avoid it because of the hybrid risks?
