Need help deciding on Loox vs Reviews.io

I'm currently using the free version of Judge.Me but I'm only getting a few reviews in from my most dedicated customers and of course none of the reviews translate over to Google STORE reviews, so I need to move on. Product reviews won't really help me because 90% of my business is pre-order and then limited editions being sold out. By the time those reviews roll in, that product is gone.

So I'm looking at Loox vs Reviews.io . I really like Loox based on this review video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rs_IzW3fy9I ) and their insistence that their streamlined review system encourages 3x more reviews. But as of this moment, Loox says Google Store Reviews is not currently active for them. The Google product reviews would also cost $39 for 300 orders.

No one seems to have done any real comprehensive reviews of Reviews.io but they for sure work with google store reviews and I've heard they're a great way to go for future scaling. I'm wondering if they're user friendly for the reviewer like Loox is or if there's any reason I should avoid. I could start at $19 but it would only have 50 review invites a month, or $45 for 500

So i guess I'm just looking if anyone has any insight between the two, I'd love to hear it.

I had also considered Growave due to the loyalty program but then I'm looking at 4x the price.
