My Cat pees in her sleep and her pupils are blown?

I know seeking veterinarian advice from online is never a good idea but it could help.

My cat, her name is Rat, just turned 5 years old this month and I’ve had her since she was 4 months old. Adopted her from a shelter with her littermates; no documentation of being inbred. I have taken her to the Vet numerous times; had her tested for dozens of things, and all my local vets are stumped.

Ever since she was a kitten, she would randomly have different sized pupils. Normally, this is a sign of brain trauma. Some googleing suggests it might be a genetic thing that doesn’t impact her quality of life- and my vet seems to agree. She doesn’t scratch at her eyes; there isn’t an abnormal amount of discharge. Just different sized eyes. With age, it seems to be more frequent.

Another Symptom, She pees as she walks and pees in her sleep. First few years of her life, it was sparse- rarely happened. Within the last year, it’s been daily/weekly. Sometimes a few droplets, sometimes her entire bladder.

She would randomly guzzle water, and I was worried she was dehydrated. Got her a fancy new trickling water bowl and I change the water religiously. She drinks from it comfortably and I never notice a day where she doesn’t use it. Initially, I was terrified it was a kidney infection or disease. Between the water consumption, and the lack of bladder control. She’s been tested, all came back negative. One vet held her over night, shaved half of her because they “could get a vein,” and discharged her in the morning with the diagnosis of “being dehydrated.” Even though I told them: she has been drinking so much water. They shrugged and said that’s all we could figure out. I was charged $800.

She randomly gets lethargic and drools, but with nothing new being introduced into the household. She isn’t around toxic things. She just power downs for a few days once a month. Took her to the vet because she is usually a high energy friendly cat. They tested a bunch of things: blood work, they told me they stuck a needle in her stomach and tested her bladder that way?? Everything came back negative and they just told me “bring her back the next time she does it” I told them “She’s doing it now! She even peed on the table!” All they did was shrug. I was charged $400.

Right before my boyfriend moved in, it began happening more often. So I thought was it his smell? Could she smell his two cats? We now have a household of 3 cats and it’s, as I said, happening all the time. Is she subconsciously marking? Even while she is out cold?

Negative for Kidney Disease. Negative for Bladder incompetence. Negative for Cancers. Negative for Brain Bleeds or Trauma. Negative for a lot of initial tests you could think of.

She just a sweet little cat that just randomly scares me half to death once a month. And pees everywhere.

Where do I start? I plan on taking her to the vet again soon. Anything I could try at home now? Or anything I should tell my vet to look for?
