I really want to like Firefox, but here’s a problem

On iOS iPhone and iPad, I can’t do much. Why? Oh, maybe it’s because Apple forces their WebKit and I really want to use Firefox’s extensions. It’s like having food but not having the seasonings. Should I delete the apps? I have Firefox and Firefox focus. It’s a shame because they have good privacy but they have to be plain because of this.
