Equivalent dose of Vagifem vs Estragyn (estrone)?

Does anyone know the rough equivalent dose of Estragyn/0.1% estrone cream to Vagifem/10 mcg estradiol? I'm stuck with the cream for a couple months, and I'd like to have a frame of reference - the box says 0.5-4 g daily-cyclic (3 weeks on/1 week off) or lowest effective dose daily-continuous, and I don't know if Vagifem is closer to the 0.5 or the 4.

(I say "stuck" because I wanted to continue the Vagifem, just more frequently because overall it was helping a lot but a few symptoms - including external pain - were creeping back on days 3 & 4. Plus to add something systemic for other things. But my family doctor/GP refused (for BS reasons like breast cancer risk) and offered estrone 3x/week OR birth control instead. And then for some reason the estrone prescription got written as 3x/day, no g or mL amount?? 🙄 You can probably see why I don't want to call the office for clarification here. At least with the extra cream I can figure out the effective dose, and it'd be useful to know if it's more or less than the Vagifem equivalent.)

And for the record, I'm in Canada and estradiol creams aren't an option, I've had a referral to a gynecologist in play for more than six months for what in retrospect were/are textbook GSM symptoms + early peri, and I can't afford to go private/online on an ongoing basis.
