Need Help Identifying If This Site is Safe To Access But Not Sure Where To Go

The above basically explains my conundrum.

I passed accessed this site in early March with no issue but now when I try to google/safari/bing/etc all say “site connection not secure”. I just can’t figure out what changed (hacking?, security update? Idk) and if it would be safe to buy something from this website assuming that I did choose to override my web browser’s security suggestion.
