wtf am I supposed to do bru

I’m getting absolutely shitted on and it’s probably a skill issue. I’m trying to grind with the f-2a adtw and can barely get kills. Anytime I go for something I need to be like within 8km for the only useful missiles aam3. The jet usually gets killed by someone’s bvr missile before mine hits then I die instantly from undodgeable missiles(rb99,aim120,pl12) I try to notch and chaff and just die anyways no matter what. Wat am I doing wrong?
