ADVICE: Dealing with frustration!

So gals, I am 32 and recently out of a long term relationship. Intimately, it was very unfilling and a dead bedroom for years.

Anyways, what do all you single women do when you are feeling (ahem) sexually frustrated? Besides the use of your own toys etc.

I am also into light BDSM and this just seems like something that will be unfulfilled as a single gal. It seems to be constantly on my mind, I don't know what has happened to me but since I turned 30 I have become feral haha!
