Help puppy decide something

so puppy is kinda on the fence on if she should try and lose weight or stay where she is right now, on one hand puppy finds it more and more harder to find fem clothes in her sizes but on the other hand puppy has seen stuff about people liking bellies & plus-sized girls so...>.<
