I llike the printing of my Epson WF-3823, but I have 2 software problems: 1) printer uses WiFi, but it says that a firmware update is available but it cannot connect to the internet to retrieve the update. Printer is connected to Wifi because the icon on the window says it is and I can print via wifi while getting that message, & 2) when trying to print, I frequently get a message to check my printer, but it is printing while giving me message. What gives?? I use windows 11.
