How to set up linkedin outreach automation using AI agents

16 connection requests, 5 responses, all same-day, none written by me.

I have this AI agent everyone was talking about on telegram, and it searches linkedin for people venting about problems in my space. Not keyword matching, it's looking for frustration, people asking for alternatives, complaining about specific issues. When it finds someone it drafts a connection request referencing their specific post, logs them in a notion database with their profile link and what they were talking about, and if they accept and reply it updates the entry and pings me so I can take over.

Timing is the point. Someone posts at 11am, they get a relevant connection request by noon while they're still annoyed. Every linkedin automation tool I've tried before runs on a delay, scrapes a list, blasts a template two days later when nobody remembers what they posted. This is same-day, personalized, and low volume on purpose, 10 to 15 per week. I'd rather get a 30% response rate on 15 than 2% on 500. And since I don't understand a thing about IT stuff I used Clawdi so it handles all the technical stuff I don't get.
