Car caught fire

Car caught fire, insurance is not going to cover it at all. The car is still at the tow yard, the tow bill alone is $1000 plus. I still owe $20k on the car. Does anybody have any idea on how I can handle this situation

Also, insurance is not touching it because the car was in “storage mode”. I wasn’t driving the car for a while then I started back and forgot to tell insurance to take it out of storage mode.
