Considering the lap procedure

Diagnostic Journey Questions

Currently at an 8/10 pain level a idk why I told the doctor I had to “think” about doing the laparoscopic procedure.

Looking back, my periods had been getting progressively painful in my early 20s but it was so on/off I just figured it was normal.

Now I’m 33 and it’s to the point where I dread my periods coming up because I know I’m either going to miss work due to pain, or become physically ill because of it.

I guess I’m just looking to share what my symptoms have been so far, and see if you guys have experienced anything similar?

Not sure if relevant but I got my period when I was 10.

Spotting starting 1-3 days prior to my period actually starting. This has been happening for many years now.

Night sweats from hell start about the same time.

Morning sickness that last for hours sometimes just before and during my period.

Pain level is the worst in the first two real days of my period.

My grandma had endo

Doc checked all my hormones and that was normal

Just had a procedure to “clear things out” after a recent loss and they did remove some tissue that wasn’t meant to be there.

Cycle length is typically 28 days, but can get down to 25 sometimes.

Feel free to ask any questions or leave suggestions or support.

Thank you!
