Started a new job in a Japanese wine bar

I’ve moved to Tokyo from Paris and been exploring the wine scene in Tokyo recently. I was honestly surprised by the quality of some local wines which are delicious!

It’s still very under the radar internationally and difficult to understand.

Have any of you tried Japanese wine before ?

I would love to hear your tips and recommendations as I’ve mostly only tried French wine in my life.

I hope to be confortable with this new position soon!
