Thinking of stepping up

Heyy everyone, so recently I’ve been thinking of applying for my stores MM position, it’s been opened for about 3ish weeks now and I’m just still on the fence if I want to apply or not. I would need to apply around the last week of April though as that’s when my availability would be fully open. I do think the current management team likes me as they have already shown me how to GEL and I’ve done a few hours as GEL already. I also know how to chat in and read a few metrics (obv would learn more if promoted) and I am really good with my cashwrap numbers and operational tasks as well like truck, UW, inventory, adjustments, ad and realignment sets, etc. I’ve been with ulta for a year and a half now and have been promoted 2x (TA> BA> PBA). I feel like it would be worth it just gain more leadership experience and I feel like I could definitely show my skills in this role as it is like the first stepping stone in management here w Ulta. If I do, does anyone know what the interview questions would look like? So I could get an idea. Thank youu!
