Is 3 months enough to study for the MCAT?

Hi! I'm taking the MCAT beginning of August. I wanted to study for it throughout the school year but didn't have time between my classes and extracurriculars. Is 3 months enough? I'm in Life Sci so I have taken the pre req courses.

Also, if anyone has advice for how to study or resources, pls lmk!!
