How can I use my GPU to a 100% with Intel ARC, Currently I´m using H.265 Intel QSV on a MP4 container.

I can´t get the GPU to reach 100% on decoding, my current setup is as follows:

Threadripper 3960x 24core

64GB RAM 3600mhz
Samsung 990pro 4tb
