Dog Puzzle Question

I recently came across the idea of dog treat puzzles and games. However, some of them seem to have small pieces which, if they should come loose, could possibly choke a dog. Has anyone had experience with dog puzzles with larger dogs? If so, what brands? I'm looking for something budget friendly if possible. For reference I have an Australian Cattle Dog.
