I spent two weeks fixing Blackstar's cooldown.

Hey all. Before I begin, I'm sure the majority of the community felt like this and I wanted to post something to help everyone have fun playing the game with Blackstar.

I hit Chapter 11, finally unlocked Blackstar after 70 hours, and immediately felt deflated when I realized I get 10 minutes of flight and then have to sit around for 50 minutes. In a singleplayer game, I felt like that was just unacceptable. Who has time to wait an hour for a feature they wanted to play the game for? It just didn't feel right and I was genuinely about to stop playing the game. So I decided to try and fix it myself. I've never made a mod before & this year I decided I would try to follow my dreams and work towards the skills needed to become a real game developer. It kind of just fell in line with what I want to start working on in life, so I got real passionate & went stir-crazy for two weeks trying to figure this out.

Well... I figured it out lol.

The only thing that isn't in here is the town dismissal, which I'll work on after moving the mod to full JSON.
