Where does everybody hang out now?

Returning player here. I’m trying to find ppl to interact with in the hub worlds as i move along the story but nobody’s around. I remember around 2019 when all of the worlds were packed and multiple channels would have a full red bar in terms of player count. I looked around sofya, el scaro, and hora but nobody’s here... I js wanna have some fun w parties I guess? I also joined a guild but they’re not very active either… Just feels like a wasteland and I’m wondering if people are hanging out in newer worlds and I’m just not there… Or is the game dead?
