Getting unifi controller to work

Hi, recently purchased 5404 model and everything seems to work ok. However decided to get some extra functionality out of it and get Unifi controller installed.

However, I can’t get it to run. The app installs from the store and also installs Docker as a prerequisite application. But when I try to launch UniFi, it just goes to…

"This site can’t be reached"

https://192.nasIP:29443/ changing ports to 8443 etc doesnt help

what am I missing in the initial setup?
