Did you get pregnancy nose for all of your pregnancies?

I had pregnancy nose for my 1st baby and I’m 20 weeks with the 2nd hoping I can keep my small nose this round. lol if you’ve had pregnancy nose did it happen for all of your pregnancies? I don’t have the linea nigra this time and this pregnancy feels completely different.
