how much would i cost realistically for a coach

i’m hardstuck diamond wanting to at least get masters. tank main, rein hog dva. been playing since ow1 days but never managed to crack that barrier between diamond and masters. also on console if that matters.

where would i even look for that kind of thing and is it even worth it? has anyone had coaches before and had it work out? lmk
