Graphics change

so I saw a post recently saying to change the graphics type (sorry can't remember exact wording) before you log into the game (a little button on the right hand side) and I was wondering if anyone else has tried it? so far I have found it amazing on my medium graphic and high frame rate. like it was smooth before but under crazy fighting moments, it has drastically improved!!!
