[HIRING] Long Term Editor(s) for YouTube Channel

[Hiring]

Hi, I am looking for editors to work with to grow my startup YouTube Channel. Content will come from my Stream on Twitch.

Project Types:

  • Long form Gameplay videos (Minimal cutting required, just when dead air is noticeable, color grading, sound correction - usually not an issue as it is configured in OBS already). Additionally, finding moments in the video that could make for good clips / shorts, i.e. jump scare moments, funny moments etc. The length varies on how long the game took to complete, usually indie horror games around 2-3 Hours (Open to new editors +)
  • Game Review videos. This will require more effort, with visual effects, sound effects etc. I will be providing gameplay, voiceovers and a script indicating what should appear in what order. If anything else is needed, I will do my best to provide it. For this type of video, I would like proactive communication and an editor that provides active feedback on what could be improved. Roughly 10-20 minute videos. (Preferably experienced editors)
  • Shorts/TikToks/Reels. Mainly from clips on my twitch channel, and clips from the gameplay videos. Turning those into interesting attention grabbing shorts.
  • Future projects may include doing reaction videos, ranking videos, but that is not the focus for the next few months.

Budget:
I am open, provided the quality matches. Please DM a rough estimation on how much you would charge for the project(s) you would like to do.

Rough idea of Budget:
$40 - $120+ Per Long Form Gameplay
$100 - $200+ Per Game Review
$5 - $20 Per Short

Time Frame:
I would like to reach a starting point of releasing 1x Gameplay, 1x Review per week, and shorts/TikToks multiple times per week (3-4). Can increase at a later stage, if you're comfortable with the workload.

Bonus:
If you do Thumbnails, let me know as well. :)

If this sounds interesting, please DM:

  • Your Portfolio
  • Amount of years you've been editing
  • Which of the projects listed, you'd be interested in
  • Rough estimation on how much you would charge
  • Any other details you think would be interesting / useful

Thanks!
