Possible bug

Was doing my first 3333 run of the system shock remake, when I got to the storage level to go find the grenade launcher, all I found were two frags. Thinking this was a bug, I reloaded my last save before I got to that part of the level and it still wasn't there. Did they get rid of it for the 3333 run?
