How noticeable with 50mg Adderall be?

I occasionally take a 25mg and it really makes me lock in and clean shit and overall just have so much fun. I have 2 more left and I wanna take them both. I have a lot of stuff to clean so would taking 50mg still give me that effect or would it just be a bad experience. Also will it be noticeable to others. People don’t notice when I take 25.
