Possible sponsorship

Hello. A family member of mine recently bought a house on a golf course. Their house is on the corner right where all golfers turn to get to the clubhouse. Dozens or more golfers pass right by their house everyday. We were wondering if there was a way for them to make some passive income maybe selling golf supplies/gear or posting a sign in her yard for a product company or anything along those lines. Does anyone have any ideas?
