Lunch with a Co Worker

Made friends with a female coworker for about a month now and we have good conversation when she isn’t busy. Made plans last week to have lunch got her number and we planned to have lunch this upcoming Tuesday 4/5 but she hasn’t responded to my text for 2 days now and wasn’t really responding much to begin with . Am I chopped should I even ask her if we’re still having lunch lol
