My dad gets mad when i take naps

Hello. I understand this may come off as spoiled or childish, but its important to know i have a chronic illness that makes me extremely tired, especially during busy days and im already having a flare up. (I absolutely refuse to tell my dad, he will not listen to me at all) Anyways, since today was easter, i was around family and going to church, luckily enough i had a flare up today. I didn’t have anything to help me so i just decided i‘ll have to deal with it. Once we finally got home, i was tired and finally took a nap. My dad came into my room to talk about something then he said i needed a bedtime (9:30 pm-8:30 am. I do online school that doesn’t start till 10:40am but whatever) and said i cannot sleep all day. He always does this whenever i nap and i do not know whats so wrong about it. Pls help 😞😞
