Eggslut pop up closed. Where can I get a slut? (Coddled egg and potato puree)

I have been eating a slut from egg slut for breakfast every day for like 2 months. I ate it every day when I was in Vegas and then when I went home I was craving it so badly I started making it myself.

I understand that my arteries are in imminent danger but that's not the point of this post.

does any other place in New York City, preferably around midtown, make this dish? It's so good and so simple I would be shocked if a slut was the only place that had it but some preliminary googling has yielded nothing.
