Why has roleplaying become impossible?

I build a home. It takes hours of my already-busy week. Then, if im lucky enough to find a server where I can, MESSAGE anybody in it (Thanks, roblox.) Nobody wants to RP in that home. I feel like bloxburg is the only well made roleplaying game with lots of customizablity, and yet I can't even play the game. Does anybody else feel like this? If so, why, and how have you gotten over it?
