New Firestick

So I’ve been using Nvidia shields for years with Kodi and IPTV. I told my sister to buy a new Firestick 4K for her new subscription, but we can’t get Downloader from the app store.

My question is, what inexpensive stick should she try for her TV subscription?? Her and her husband are tech newbies and I’ve been helping them via FaceTime.
