Summer sublease available at Tower at Third (very discounted)

Hey! I’m subleasing my room in a 2bed 1ba at Tower at Third on Green Street for the summer starting mid may for $600 (originally $850). The apartment has great amenities like gym, pool table, study lounges, table tennis etc. My unit is also on a high floor and you get great views from the apartment. You will also basically have the entire unit to yourself since my roommate will also be gone for the summer.
