Takino Suzuran Hillside National Park

Hello everyone! I am visiting Sapporo late April until the first week of May. Is it worth it to visit the Takino Suzuran Hillside National Park during the first week of May? I see some information online that full bloom happens mid-May, but I was wondering if the tulips already start blooming and it would be worth visiting during the first week of May too.
