Master shower has barely any hot water

I have a well and recently had it worked on. After the company serviced the well my master shower seems like it just barely has any hot water. The other shower In the house and even the tub in the master bath has hot water. All sinks have it. But the master shower goes cold after like 2 minutes. Any suggestions on what I should look into to fix this issue? Is it the cartridge possibly?
